We machine the mould.
Then we make the part.
Our moulds and tooling are engineered and made in house, so a new shape is ours from the first drawing to the finished part. The animation is an illustration, not a recording of our factory.

Natural rubber is collected from our exclusive Sri Lankan farming partners.
Material processing
The rubber is prepared in house, to our own standards.
Mould and tooling
Precision moulds and tooling, engineered and made in house.
Production
Full-scale manufacturing, entirely in house, with no outsourcing at any stage.
Quality control
Every batch is tested for durability, hygiene and consistency.
Finishing and export
Skilled craftspeople finish each product by hand before it is packed and exported worldwide.
